Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses).

Production time

Every beadboo piece is handmade to order — we string your beads, attach your charms, and print your pet's custom tag after you place your order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. During launches and holidays, production may take a little longer; we'll always note current times at checkout.

Shipping time & rates

  • Orders ship via USPS with tracking. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days after your order ships.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Protection

At checkout you can add Shipping Protection to your order. It covers your package while it's in transit: if a protected order is lost or arrives damaged, we'll remake it free of charge (or refund it if a remake isn't possible) — no carrier claims, no waiting on USPS.

Without Shipping Protection, we're unable to remake or refund orders lost or damaged after they leave our hands — but we'll always help you file a claim with USPS. See our Refund Policy for details.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we print labels exactly as entered. If a package is returned to us or lost because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it at your expense, but we can't offer a refund or free remake.

If you notice an address mistake right after ordering, email help@beadboo.com immediately — we can update the address any time before the order ships.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

  • Delayed: carrier delays (weather, holidays, USPS volume) are outside our control, but if your package seems stuck, write to us and we'll look into it.
  • Lost in transit: if tracking hasn't shown delivery within 15 days of the ship date, contact us. With Shipping Protection we'll remake your order once it's confirmed lost; without it, we'll help you file a claim with USPS. See our Refund Policy.
  • Marked delivered but missing: check with household members and neighbors and allow 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered early. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us and we'll do what we can to help.
