About our products
BEADBOO creates handmade, personalized decorative jewelry for dogs: beaded necklaces with charms and a custom resin ID tag. Each piece is made to order by hand.
Product use & pet safety
Our products are decorative accessories only. They are not collars, leashes, restraint devices, training tools, or safety equipment, and they are not toys. Never attach a leash, lead, or tie-out to a BEADBOO piece. Our products contain small parts (beads, charms, a tag) that may present a choking hazard if chewed or swallowed. Pets should wear BEADBOO pieces only under supervision; remove the piece when your pet is unattended, sleeping, crated, swimming, or playing with other animals, and immediately if your pet shows discomfort or starts chewing it. The ID tag is a convenience and does not replace a microchip, registration, or a permanent tag on your pet's everyday collar. Full guidelines: Safety & Care.
Fit & sizing responsibility
BEADBOO pieces are adjustable via sliding paracord knots. Customers are responsible for adjusting the piece to a safe fit (two fingers between the piece and the pet's neck) and for checking the fit regularly. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper fit or measurements provided by the customer.
Personalization
Tags are made exactly as the text was entered at checkout — including spelling, capitalization, and numbers. Please double-check your text before ordering; customer typos are not eligible for free remakes or refunds.
Handmade appearance
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in bead placement, knotting, color shade, and charm position may occur. These variations are part of each piece's character and are not defects. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Orders, cancellation & shipping
Because every piece is made to order, cancellation is not guaranteed: contact help@beadboo.com as soon as possible, and note that once personalization has begun, the order is final. All sales are final on personalized items; see our Refund Policy for the cases we cover. Loss or damage in transit is covered when Shipping Protection is added in your cart. Delivery times are estimates, and delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
By purchasing from BEADBOO, you acknowledge that our products are decorative pet accessories and agree to use them responsibly and as intended. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEADBOO shall not be held liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, unsupervised use, attachment of a leash or restraint, chewing or ingestion of components, allergic reactions, or improper fit. All brand names, logos, product designs, images, and text on this website are the property of BEADBOO and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
