BEADBOO Ambassador Agreement
The short version: share BEADBOO the way you'd share anything you actually like, tell people it's a partnership, and never clip a leash to a BEADBOO piece. That's most of it.
Who this is for
We're working with creators based in the United States. Your audience can live anywhere we ship, but you need a US address yourself — that's how a free collar reaches you without customs in the middle, and it's where almost every order we make ends up. If we open this up to other countries, we'll say so here first.
What we give you
- A discount code in your name — 15% off for anyone who uses it, on anything in the shop.
- A personal referral link. Orders from it are credited to you for 30 days after someone clicks.
- 10% commission on every order your code or link brings in, calculated on the order after your code's discount and before shipping and tax.
- Photos, videos and captions you're free to post exactly as they are.
- Creators from 15,000 engaged Instagram followers also get a custom collar for their own dog, free, and it's yours to keep.
Safety — the one thing we're strict about
BEADBOO pieces are jewelry, not walking collars. They aren't built to take the force of a dog pulling, and a leash should never be clipped to one. In your photos and videos, please keep the leash on a proper collar or harness.

Telling people it's a partnership
US law requires you to disclose a material connection when you're earning from a recommendation. A clear #ad, #sponsored or "paid partner" where people can actually see it — not buried at the end of a block of hashtags — covers it.
Where to share, and where not to
Share it anywhere you'd normally talk about your dog: your own posts, stories, videos, blog, newsletter, group chats, dog clubs.
Please don't:
- run paid ads bidding on "BEADBOO" or misspellings of it;
- post your code to coupon, deal or cashback sites, or anywhere it gets scraped as a public voucher;
- resell BEADBOO pieces on Amazon, eBay or other marketplaces;
- describe a BEADBOO piece as a walking collar, a safety device, or a substitute for a proper ID tag.
These exist because a leaked code costs a small studio real money, and because a dog getting hurt is not something we're willing to risk.
Commission and payouts
Commission is tracked and paid through Shopify Collabs. It clears after a 30-day holding period, which covers returns and cancellations, then goes out to your creator account automatically. Refunded or cancelled orders don't earn commission.
Your own purchases don't earn commission. US partners who pass $600 in a calendar year will be asked for a W-9 before payouts continue — that's an IRS requirement.
One discount code per order; codes can't be stacked with other offers.
If you got a free collar
We ask for one post within 30 days of it arriving. That's the whole deal. The collar is yours either way.
Ending it
You can stop any time, and nothing bad happens — your link stays live and you keep anything it's already earned. We may pause a partnership if the rules above are broken, and in that case any commission still in the holding period may be cancelled.
We may update these terms; we'll email every ambassador if anything material changes.
