Before you apply
Who can join?
Dog people who post about their dog — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, a blog, a breed group, a local dog club.
You need to be based in the US. That's where our orders go, and it's how we can get a free collar to you without customs in the middle.
Everything else is wide open: there's no follower minimum. We care far more about whether your people talk back to you than about the number next to your name. Already a BEADBOO fan? Even better.
How do I get the free collar?
It goes to creators from 15,000 Instagram followers with an audience that's genuinely engaged.
You choose the colors, the charms and the name for the tag, and we make that exact piece for your dog.
How and when do I get paid?
Through Shopify, automatically. Commission clears after 30 days — that window covers returns — and then goes out to your creator account.
Past $600 in a year, US partners fill in a W-9. That's an IRS rule, not ours.
Do I need to say it's a partnership?
Yes, and it's easy — a simple #ad or "paid partner" where people can actually see it. It's US law, and it keeps everything above board for both of us.
Is there a house rule?
One, and it matters to us: BEADBOO pieces are jewelry, not walking collars. In photos and videos, please keep the leash clipped to a proper collar or harness.
It's about keeping dogs safe — the same thing we tell every customer on our Safe & Sparkly page. Everything else is in the Ambassador Agreement.
Where do you ship?
Across the US — all 50 states, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses included — and to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Free shipping over $60 is US orders only.
Your audience can live anywhere we ship. Ambassadors themselves need to be in the US.
